No Fear

I’m deeply saddened by all of the fear, depression, anxiety, suicides, domestic violence, and child abuse that are directly related to this pandemic. Even healthy cooping capacities have become overwhelmed.

Our leaders have been chosen by God, and we need to pray for them to have wisdom as our nation begins to heal. As for believers, we need to pray for wisdom on how to present our testimony. We are different, a peculiar people, who shine hope and peace in the mist of chaos. Why? Because we serve a God who has determined our days before one of them began. We do not fear death; our best life is not now; rather it is coming.

“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” Revelations 21:4

I am sad for the people that aren’t working and are under financial stress. But mind you, God takes care of that too.

“Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?” Matthew 6:26

This life pales in comparison to being with friends and relatives in heaven, a place where there is no more disease, pain, or wars, just beauty and Jesus. Your days are numbered, so don’t spend them in fear. The joy of the Lord is our strength, no matter what the news reports.
